Well, I am the "person" who commissioned Laura for the Xmas stockings, and I am THRILLED at their appearance! Laura, I can't wait to hang them for my boys next month at the fireplace mantel. We bought the original stocking in a small yarn shop while traveling with my parents along the coast of Maine. I pledged that after we have children, we would all have beautiful stockings like the original. Now, seven years later with our third child due in two weeks, Laura has helped to make it happen this holiday. In case you haven't seen the stockings in person, they are not only beautiful, they are very large! They will look wonderful on the mantel. Great job Laura!!
